Price: $4,941  - DOES NOT include international airfaire.  Once the group is formed, flights from SFO to San Jose, Costa Rica will be arranged.

Who: Max 8-10 students.  Juniors and Seniors will be given first priority, but Sophomores and Freshmen are also encouraged to apply.

What: This trip will offer an extraordinary opportunity for our students to travel to what has been called “the most biologically intense place on earth”.  They will be introduced to the exotic wildlife of the coastal lowland tropical rainforest.  They will be active; hiking to waterfalls, climbing trees,  swimming, ziplining, and surfing.  They also will be active participants in the community by learning about sustainable food production from a local expert on their farm.  The immersion in the Latin culture of Costa Rica will provide them with a rich cultural experience they won’t soon forget.
