Campus Ministry Department
The Campus Ministry Department’s goal is to foster students’ spiritual growth and commitment through education of the Gospel values. Campus Ministry offers numerous opportunities for spirituality, including prayer, reflection, and service throughout the year through regular retreats and all-school Masses. We aim to create an atmosphere that allows for a student's relationship with God to deepen and flourish. Students are given leadership opportunities in the form of retreat leading, participation in the liturgy choir, and altar serving. Campus Ministry is also responsible for coordinating morning and afternoon prayer and the Christian Service program. The opportunity of experiencing the Church’s celebration of Jesus has consequently been made available to all students in the community.
Counseling (Therapeutic)
Marin Catholic offers a number of resources to those students who need emotional support beyond that which they can receive from parents, friends, and teachers. In addition to college counselors, Marin Catholic offers Lisa Ingels, M.A. and M.F.T., and Bonnie Kaufman, M.S.Ed. and M.H.C., both of whom are health educators and therapeutic counselors. Available most school days, these counselors can supplement any assistance students receive outside of school.
