Marin Catholic has a vibrant spiritual life on and off campus. Daily Mass in the chapel at 7:30am and daily prayer over the public address system is practiced at the beginning and end of the school days. Parents are welcome to join in all of our Eucharistic celebrations. There are approximately ten all-school Masses celebrated each year and students participate in various ways from reading during the liturgy the word, to bringing up the gifts during the offertory to participating in the choir.
Other seasonal Masses and prayer services run throughout the year. The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered to the entire campus during the seasons of Advent and Lent.
The St. Vincent de Paul Club and the Respect Life Club are vibrant organizations that live out gospel values. Numerous drives are held each year to help those less fortunate in our community.
The Campus Ministry Department offers students a chance for numerous leadership and retreat opportunities. All retreats have a core team of students who assist the Campus Ministry team in the planning and implementation of the retreat. This student leadership team commits to a period of formation. This formation allows them to grow in their own relationship with Jesus so that they can lead their peers to encounter Jesus on retreat.
The Campus Ministry programs are motivated by a sense of developing both personal and communal spirituality. Discernment is encouraged while reflecting on the values of the gospel and the teachings of Jesus and applying these to our culture today.
